Weakness: the BIG weakness is poor print quality for black and white...a bit fuzzy...color not bad but text quality is poor.
The text quality is poor which essentially makes the printer unacceptable or marginally acceptable. Has some nice features such as size, great price for a laser printer and wifi access is great on a home network. Unfortunately, the text print quality is poor which makes you want to take this back and get something else.

Weakness: No single-sheet manual feed ( for envelopes, cards), but for the price, you can't expect that
Dollar for dollar you get twice as much machine from Samsung than from the likes of HP and Brother, with their "pricey consumables model". Samsung is comitted to good value on the purchase price, and good value on the ongoing consumables. They give you four 2/3 full cartridges which outweighs the cost of the printer altogether.

i bought this printer because it's relatively cheap in all color printers. also , it's of small footprint. about the noise, it's ok. but it seems that it consumes a lot of energy: when it's working, the light balls are trembling. another con of this printer is the lack of color levels. for office use it's still enough. overall, it's a good cost/effectiveness one to buy.
